Hosting keeps your website online, secure and backed up every day. Web Support adds hands-on care: monthly updates, security scans, testing of your forms and key features, uptime monitoring, an offsite backup and a monthly report.

You don’t have to, but it’s strongly recommended. Outdated plugins are one of the most common ways WordPress websites get hacked or break, and many owners only find out their contact form stopped working when the enquiries dry up.

Usually, yes. We’ll take a look at your current website first to make sure it’s in good shape, then move it across to our server with no downtime.

We update plugins one at a time and test after each one, so problems are caught straight away. If something does break, we fix it or restore your website from a backup, usually before you’ve noticed anything.

No. Both plans are rolling monthly, and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. If you leave, we’ll send you a full copy of your website and help you move it to your new host.

Our monitoring alerts us straight away, and we’ll investigate and get it back online as quickly as possible. On Web Support, we’ll also explain what happened in your monthly report.
